ABOUT ME

Hey guys so glad you’re here just want to start off by saying thank you!!! Starting a business is hard, but starting a creative business is even harder. When I first started my journey in photography I had no idea what I was doing, and what I was getting into. I did know that I had a love and a deeply rooted passion for capturing special moments. After getting my toes wet I decided I needed to educate myself and learn the business. I took a couple college classes and yes I learned the basics, but nothing really clicked. It all seemed so dull, lifeless and like just another boring college course. I slowly lost interest in photography and decided to put my camera away to collect dust. It wasn’t until 2017 when I was asked to do a small fairly casual wedding that I picked my camera back up. Several months before the wedding I started preparing myself, catching up on all of the new trends and finding my new vibe behind the camera. One of my favorite tools has been YouTube, some of my favorite influential photographers recommend subscribing to different educational blogs and that is exactly what I did. Sifting through the good, the bad and the ugly I stumbled upon an account owned by a Seattle based photographer named Jessica Whitaker. I have learned so much from her and I am continuing to learn from her daily.

I am so grateful I didn't give up on my love for photography and my love of creating long lasting memories. Photography is my passion and I am so blessed to be surrounded by so many supportive people. God is my number one, my family is number two and without them I wouldn’t be where I am today. I married my best friend in November of 2020 and we welcomed our daughter into the world August 2021 and our son June 2023. I would love nothing more than to meet you, your family, your dog or whoever ends up in the pictures that day. I absolutely love photography and want to help capture the love and connection between people. Pictures are the perfect way to cherish memories and remind us of our journey in life. They can put a pause on our story and take us back in time. So let’s hit the pause button and create a memory that will last for generations.
